  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we dispatch orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Returns & Damaged Items

  • For damaged items, defective products, or missing pieces, please contact us at hello@wildcatpuzzles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof so we can process a replacement or store credit.

6. Limitation of Liability
